Converted a manual purchasing system for federal government office to receive, track and deliver requests for office supply purchases. Since the approvers, card holders, and finance roles were filled by matrixed personnel (part-time), the system need to be easy to use and eliminate any guess work on where a request was at or how much was available to spend toward a request. I created the system in SharePoint, using Power BI to generate and dashboard to accurately provide accounting information.
A government Program Office required a centralized site to managed data from projects, track personnel status and training, and manage internal tasks and external requests. I created a SharePoint site that provided the required information in easy to read formats, as well as provided guidance documentation for users and admins.

When our company's new evaluation system pulled a "Titanic", we ha a pile-up of over 200 over-due evaluations within our department. I was asked to join a product team to build a stop-gap solution to breakup the "log-jam" using existing software licenses and not purchasing anything new. Used Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint lists to successfully rolled out an MVP in 2 months and dug our department out of a hole in 4 months.
